Andrew Soderquist began his construction career as a carpenter in 1994, progressing through roles in estimating, preconstruction leadership, project management, and executive positions. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and experience across multiple sectors, Andrew brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction process. He is skilled at crafting strategies that deliver successful outcomes for both clients and teams.

Rick Brooks leads Big-D Mission Critical with extensive experience and a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Starting in heavy equipment operation and plant construction, Rick transitioned to commercial construction with notable projects like the Utah Data Center and Salt Lake City Airport Redevelopment Program. With expertise in preconstruction and a results-oriented approach, Rick drives value for both teams and clients through his leadership.

Rick brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role in Mission Critical. Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, he initiated his professional journey in heavy equipment operation, focusing on constructing and operating sand and gravel plants.
